Böblingen, 09 August 2017 – The STAR COOPERATION’s Experts in Marketing & Sales are thrilled about a huge pitch success. The Böblingen-based media managers secured the BMW Group’s worldwide media management budget for sales literature and scored with their professional concept in content based publishing.
For the Munich-based group, STAR COOPERATION will take care of steering and controlling the global sales literature for vehicles, motorcycles and accessories of almost all the group’s brands. In close coordination with the principal, creative and production agencies as well as translation suppliers, a large team of experienced media managers will ensure that the sales organizations around the globe receive the sales materials needed in up to 32 languages.
“There are numerous media versions, from two page flyers to extensive general catalogs, that we have to consider in our system-based approach,” outlined Marina Pepaj, General Manager at STAR PUBLISHING and responsible for the pitch implementation, the project. “And that does not apply for print material only, but also for the matching content for different mobile apps.” “We are currently in a transition phase and are recruiting further media management expert for our Munich-based team before we will take over the project in its entirety at the end of the year,” added Ramona Kaden, Managing Director of STAR PUBLISHING.
After a multi-level pitch process that took almost a year, the STAR COOPERATION eventually came out on top against not just some of the biggest players in the field, but also against the previous budget retainer. „We are very happy that we were able to convince the customer of our concept and we are looking forward to exiting times with BMW Group,“ commented Marina Pepaj the pitch success.
