This past Friday, the first Marketing & Sales Day took place – and the STAR COOPERATION was also present as a co-organizer and partner of Baden-Württemberg:Connected. Almost 200 guests had gathered at Literaturhaus in Stuttgart, among which were numerous entrepreneurs, startups and small companies from the IT and technology industries, to take away important tips, practical input and useful answers to their marketing and sales questions.
The agenda was a good mixture of different topics ranging from building sales strategies to gaining and retaining customers to the ideal customer journey online. STAR’s marketing experts Denis Kljunic und Daniel Schäl were also there with their talk about „Increasing brand awareness through social media“ and introduced the audience to the most important tricks of how to handle social platforms like Facebook, Twitter or YouTube. The STAR team was present throughout the day and answered lots of questions about how to get started with successful marketing.
This included Michael Reutter, who had won a free image consulting package in the preceding STAR raffle and instantly took to exchanging first thoughts with STAR’s branding experts. His young enterprise aucobo, which is short for automation cookbook, enables companies and their employees to automate their processes and activities and to make them fit for the Industry 4.0 era.
“The large attendance and the positive feedback is proof that marketing, sales and e-commerce are hot topics especially for entrepreneurs and startups,“ Laetitia Fritz-Laurens, who is Business Development Manager at the STAR COOPERATION, summed up the successful event in the evening. “We are looking forward to sharing our know-how in more events like this in future together with bwcon.”
The next opportunity to meet will be on 8 April 2016, when the newly established SIG E-Commerce lead by Thomas Rechner, Manager E-Commerce at the STAR COOPERATION, in cooperation with bwon meets up at STAR’s headquarters in Böblingen for a business lunch.
